We operate a robust manufacturing setup with 15 rubber compression machines and 2 Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) injection molding machines, specializing in overmolding techniques.
To ensure the highest quality standards, we utilize advanced 3D projectors, sealing testers, elasticity measurement instruments, durometers, and a dedicated Quality Control (QC) team to perform rigorous inspections throughout the production process.
Our facility also houses advanced AutoDryer Lines, automatic screen printing machines, 3D measuring systems, high-speed doming machines, and additional CNC equipment, all working in tandem to guarantee precision, consistency, and superior quality in every product we manufacture.
