Benefits of Our Mold:

  1. Precision and High Tolerance
  2. Durability and Long-Lasting Performance
  3. Advanced Molding Techniques
  4. Customization and Flexibility

Production Process:

  1. Design and Prototyping: The process begins with designing the mold using advanced CAD software (such as UG or SolidWorks) to create a detailed blueprint. Prototypes may be developed to validate the design and ensure it meets the required specifications.
  2. Material Selection and Tooling: High-quality tool steels, such as P20, H13, and S136, are selected for mold construction based on durability and application requirements. These materials are then precision-machined to form the mold cavity and runner system.
  3. Mold Assembly: The mold components, including the core, cavity, ejector, and runner system, are carefully assembled. During this phase, advanced features like multi-cavity molds or hot runner systems are integrated for efficiency.
  4. Injection Molding: Once the mold is assembled, the selected plastic materials (Silicone, PVC, POM, ABS) are injected into the mold under high pressure using injection molding machines. The material is heated to its optimal injection temperature before being injected into the mold cavity to form the case parts.
  5. Cooling and Ejection: After injection, the molded part is cooled to solidify the material. Once it has reached the appropriate temperature, the mold opens, and the finished part is ejected.
  6. Post-Processing and Quality Inspection: The molded parts undergo necessary post-processing steps, such as trimming and surface finishing. Rigorous quality control inspections are performed to ensure the parts meet strict tolerances and specifications, including micron-level accuracy (±0.02mm).
  7. Packaging and Delivery: Finally, the parts are packaged, typically in wooden boxes, and prepared for shipment. The molds are also tested for mold life, ensuring they meet the required number of shots (500K–1M) before being sent for final use.
