Advanced Metal Stamping Process
- Automatic Feeding System:
The system pushes metal stamping from a coil, guiding it through various stages of the advanced metal stamping die.
- Operations in Different Stations:
At every stage of the process, metal stamping goes through various operations, gradually forming the end product.
- Synchronization of Die and Press:
The metal stamping die is placed above the stamping press, working in sync as it moves up and down. As the press comes down, the die closes, finishing the stamping process.
- Strip Positioning and Pilots:
Precise strip positioning and pilot placement between stations are crucial. Pilots with conical or bullet shapes help with precise alignment, preventing mistakes during transitions.
- Final Product and Quality Control:
The metal stamping parts are cut off and evaluated for quality after each press stroke. The final products are then shipped out to serve their intended purpose.
